FAQs
What class should I sign up my dancer in?
Age is used as a guideline. New students are placed by age and evaluated for proper placement based on our graded curriculum.

How much is a class?
See Tuition Page.

What should I/my dancer wear?
See Dress Code Page.

What if I/my dancer arrives late to class?
If you/your dancer is late to class please see office upon arrival.  Parents and late students should never open a dance Studio door while class is in session.  A staff member must bring dancer in to class and update attendance records.  If staff is out of the office taking attendance, please wait until they return.

How do I notify the Studio if my dancer is going to be absent?
Call your Studio office directly if you/your dancer is going to be absent from a class. Leave a message if the machine picks up with name and class missing. Frequent absent or tardy students may not be able to participate in a performance at the discretion of the teacher and mgmt.
Company Dancers follow the Company Miss format.

How do I make up a missed class?
Make up classes are available in classes that are not full and can be taken at any Studio location. Students may make up classes they are absent for and that take place on a Studio closing/Holiday/vacation.

How does my dancer move up to the next level?
Evaluations take place each year and placement is based on each student’s unique and individual capabilities determined by our graded curriculum.  Generally, students spend 2-3 years in each level.  Being in a level for more than 1 year does not mean a dancer is not progressing.  Our curriculum intends for dancers to receive training in a level for multiple years as they develop and retain repetition of instruction.

When is tuition due?
Tuition is due your first class of each month, regardless of attendance.  Payments can be made online, phone, in Studio or mailed.
