  • NO refunds or exchanges.  All sales are final.
  • Online and Box Office service fees apply.
  • Tickets available until a show is sold out.
New this year…the fine print from RIC:
  • There is a limit of 10 tickets per transaction.  You may make additional transactions, if needed.
  • Tickets are now scanned for entry to performance spaces. Patrons can present a regular ticket obtained from box office, a “Tickets @ Home” ticket printed at home, ticket image on phone or in Apple wallet. All of these will have a bar code that can be scanned by the ushers at the door.
  • If what you’ve printed does not have a bar code, this means you’ve printed the wrong thing. If the image on your phone does not show a bar code, you have the wrong image on your phone. Please contact the box office and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  • Give tickets in advance to those not arriving with you.  Screenshots of tickets will not work.
  • Parents should exercise discretion in deciding which events are appropriate for children. You will be required to remove those that are causing a distraction to other patrons. Everyone, one year and older, must have a ticket to enter.
