POUND ROCKOUT WORKOUT
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

What to Wear: Whatever athletic clothing you feel comfortable moving around freely in and make you feel like a rockstar! Barefoot or sneakers not worn outside.

ADULT BALLET
This is a ballet class for adults who have some dance experience and are interested in revisiting the beautiful art of ballet in their adult years!
Ballet is the foundation of all dance forms. Classes begin at the barre where students perform movement sequences to develop strength, coordination, balance and proper alignment. These skills are reinforced through center and across the floor combinations. Classical technique and vocabulary are taught.

What to Wear: Ballet shoes and hair pulled back a must. Whatever athletic clothing you feel comfortable moving around freely in; from traditional ballet clothes (ie. leotard and tight) to athletic leggings and tops.
Children may not be left unattended in waiting room or sit in dance room while parent is in class.

ADAPTIVE CLASS
Rhythm Works Integrative Dance is a specialized, but inclusive, dance and rhythm program designed for those with individual learning differences and special needs. The program uses evidence-based therapeutic practices to achieve developmental goals. To our students, it’s a fun and exciting activity that provides participation and socialization opportunities. Staff is certified to teach this amazing program.  Therapist or parent can participate with student if needed.

What to Wear: Comfort is key. Please wear clothing that is comfortable, that the child can freely move, bend and stretch. Students may be barefoot, wear dance shoes or sneakers with clean soles.

KIDS YOGA 7-11
Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Developing Yogis will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and energy releasing techniques. This class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy.

What to Wear: Capri or full length athletic leggings/pants, full length fitted athletic top, bare foot, hair pulled back.

FAMILY & FRIENDS YOGA
Family and friends ages 6+ are invited to practice side by side. This class will be a special flow connecting family and friends to one another. Expect a Yoga sequence passing through standing, seated and partner poses while holding hands and smiling at one another :) The intention is to connect to one another in a sweet and memorable experience. Come as child and parent or special adult, best friends, sisters, etc. No Yoga experience required. Class will be a comfortable temperature, not hot.  

Bring a yoga mat if you have one. Limited mats available for use.

What to Wear: Capri or full length athletic leggings/pants, full length fitted athletic top, bare foot, hair pulled back.
