6-WEEK ONLINE SUMMER 2020 SESSION: July 14-August 19, 2020
  • Enroll by Saturday, June 20, 2020 - A minimum number of students is required to be enrolled by 6/20/20 for class to confirm.
  • $75/session per class  *Special $30/session rate for POUND Fitness and Zumba Parent/Child classes
    • Tuition is due to enroll. Primary card on file will be charged once class is confirmed.
    • Regardless of April-June payments we encourage all students to join us for summer classes.
  • Dancers must be appropriate age by first day of class. The below ages are for online classes.
  • Follow Dress Code for Summer classes.

Class Descriptions
Mommy & Me, Ages 1.5-3
A Parent/child class designed to engage participants in creative movement and dance within the home.  Students will be exposed to a fun, constructive and nurturing experience exposing them to  musical awareness, as well as exploring self-awareness, creative expression and imagination. Rhythm, creative movement and the use of props are introduced.  

Preschool, Ages 2.5-5
A fun, creative movement class to help shake the sillies out!  Emphasis is on stretch, following directions, developing gross motor skills, muscle control, balance, spatial awareness, and basic ballet skills.  A blend of current and traditional children's music is used in class to keep the little ones interested and engaged.

Stretch and Wiggle, Ages 3-5
This class introduces basic acrobatic skills to our youngest dancers, building strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and confidence.  Students will stretch and get their wiggles out!

Yoga Ages 4-6
This energy-releasing class encourages self-expression, body awareness and focus through Yoga practice and play.  Young Yogis will have fun as they build strong and healthy bodies, social, sensory and motor skills.

Primary, Ages 5-7

Teaching the very basics of ballet with a blend of creative movement and maybe even just a hint of tap in ballet shoes!  A great way to stretch, learn and shake out some energy!

Hippity Hop, Ages 5-7
A hip hop class designed for ages 5-7. Class begins with a warmup, progressions, and students learn a combination with introductory hip hop moves that will build each week. Movement games and props are used each week. Music and lyrics appropriate for their age group. Most of all...this class is fun!!

Adaptive Dance, Ages 5-12
Rhythm Works Integrative Dance is a specialized, but inclusive, dance and rhythm program designed for those with individual learning differences and special needs. The program uses evidence-based therapeutic practices to achieve developmental goals. To our students, it’s a fun and exciting activity that provides participation and socialization opportunities. Staff is certified to teach this amazing program.  Therapist or parent can participate with student if needed.

What to wear: Comfort is key. Please wear clothing that is comfortable, that the child can freely move, bend and stretch. Students may be barefoot, wear dance shoes or sneakers with clean soles.

Contemporary, Ages 7-11
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.

Musical Theater Dance, Ages 7-11


Hip Hop, Ages 7-11
Combines elements of various street dance styles, blending Old School, New School, and even Jazz, performed to upbeat, current and popular music.

Strength and Flexibility, Ages 7-11
This class is designed to build strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and confidence.  Dancers will stretch, learn acrobatic poses, and shake out lots of energy!

Yoga Ages 7-11

Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Developing Yogis will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and energy releasing techniques. This class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy.

Contemporary, Ages 12-17
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.

Yoga, Ages 12-17

Using yoga postures to build inner and outer strength and flexibility, coordination, and finding calm are the main focus of this class. Experience emotional balance through the physical and mental benefits of yoga by practicing breathing exercises, flowing sequences, balancing poses and deep relaxation while building a healthy relationship with your body.
