Yoga with Blair
Yoga for Women Class Description:
  • ​Class flows at a calm to uplifting pace.
  • Build stability, strength, focus and relaxation through a practice of slowing down and being present by using steady breath, holding foundational postures and mindful movement.
  • This is a great class for beginners and is accessible to students of all levels.  Class offers various modifications.
  • We use props (blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets).  Limited availability, feel free to bring any props of your own.
  • For women ages 16+.  Under 18 require parent/guardian signature.
  • The room is comfortably warm.

Yoga for Dancers Class Description:
Growing up as a dancer and continuing my passion for movement through Yoga as an adult, I am excited to share lessons of the benefits of Yoga for dancers!  Yoga connects the mind and body and can teach dancers how to listen to and respect their bodies and physical needs.

Some benefits of Yoga for dancers:
  • Increase positive body awareness and boost confidence
  • Gain strength, flexibility and balance
  • Coping with performance anxiety and stress
  • Breath control, linking breath to movement
  • Health benefits, improve circulation, coordination, reaction time, memory, healthier heart and lungs
  • Calm the mind, encourages relaxation, slow breath and focus on the present moment

Stay tuned... Kids Yoga classes will run in sessions.

​KIDS YOGA Class Descriptions
Ages 3-5: This playful and imaginative kids yoga class encourages self-expression while building social, sensory and motor skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Young Yogis will have fun in this energy releasing class!

Ages 7-10: Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Young Yogis will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and energy releasing techniques. This class encourages self-expression as well as building social skills. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy.

Dress Code: Capri or full length leggings, fitted athletic top, bare foot, hair pulled back.
