CDDS Performance @ Brown Men's Basketball Game Halftime on Saturday, January 31, 2026, 6:00pm

Parents To Do by 12/4/25:

Ticket Info:
  • Dancers do not need a ticket, only game attendees.

  • Dancers do not need a ticket.
  • Children 2 and under on a lap are free.
  • Parents are not required to attend the game.
  • Understudies are not required to attend, but are welcome.
  • Seating is general admission
  • Parking for the Pizzitola Sports Center is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in Lot 90 off of Lloyd Avenue outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.). Additional street parking is also available. Click here for University parking maps.

Game Day Timeline (Subject to change):
  • 3:00pm Dancers meet inside Pizzitola Sports Center - 233 Hope Street, Providence, RI
    • See below for what to wear. Minimal belongings in a small bag.
    • Group photo in the lobby. Parents leave after drop off and enter the game separately when doors open. CDDS staff take dancers to dressing room.
  • 3:30-4:00pm Rehearsal on the court then return to dressing room.
  • 6:00pm Game Time
    • Dancers and CDDS staff return to dressing room shortly before halftime.
  • 7:15pm (Approximately) CDDS Halftime Performance 
    • Parents can come down to the court during halftime to watch the performance up close, or stay in your seats and enjoy the show! 
  • 7:20pm (Approximately) Parents pickup dancers immediately following the performance meet in Lobby if not attending the game. If dancers are driving themselves home, an adult will walk them to their cars.

What to Pack:
  • Small bag. Do not bring a big dance bag, space is limited.
  • Capezio jazz shoe caramel (EJ2-C), black long sleeve company leotard and black leggings.
  • Sealable water bottle with clear liquid (twist on cap, no tumblers with straws, must fit inside small bag.)
  • Healthy, nut free, not messy snack, like a protein bar, banana, etc. (No Goldfish, cheez-its, etc. they leave a mess.)
  • Extra tan tights
  • Makeup & hair accessories for touch ups, red lipstick
  • Beach towel to sit on in dressing room.
  • Do not bring anything else, no valuables.
    *CDDS and Brown are not responsible for lost items. Dressing room is not monitored when we are not in it.

What to Wear:
  • ARRIVE WEARING:  Full body camisole, tan tights, red performance dress, CDDS warmup jacket on over costume & black leggings, parade sneakers/socks. Hair done. Performance earrings. Full stage makeup minus red lipstick.
  • BRING: caramel jazz shoes, black long sleeve company leotard, makeup, hair gel
  • MAKEUP:  Stage Makeup: foundation, black eyeliner, brown eyeshadow, lots of pink blush, cheekbone highlight above contour line, Company red lipstick, BIG false eyelashes, fill in eyebrows.  Do not wear lipstick upon arrival.
    • Company Red Lipstick: MAC-Red, Russian Red. Sephora brand cream liquid lipstick-Always Red
  • HAIR: center part, low bun, gelled hair, no fly aways.
  • NO: nail colored polish or other jewelry (performance rhinestone earrings and clear/french tip nail polish only allowed)
