CDDS DISNEY WORLD “DANCE THE WORLD”: June 28-July 2, 2026
Dancers returning and placed in Level 1-5 & Company for the 2025-2026 season are invited to the CDDS DISNEY WORLD "DANCE THE WORLD" STAGE PERFORMANCE AND PARADE TRIP, JUNE 28- JULY 2, 2026!

 

• Dancers must be enrolled in the 2025-2026 CDDS season by October 1. 
• Disney age requirements:
  • Stage Performance:  At least 7 by June 28, 2026
  • Disney Springs Parade:  At least 7 by June 28, 2026
  • Magic Kingdom Parade:  At least 10 by June 28, 2026
• Please only register if you are committed to following through with attending this trip.

Registration Steps:

1. Register all travelers in the CDDS "Disney 2026" event in your online account via THIS LINK by October 11, 2025. Each travelers must be added as a student in your account. (Studio fees will be posted and charged within 24 hours.)
2. Register all travelers with World Class Vacations (WCV) via THIS LINK and submit payment  $200/person deposit to WCV by October 11,, 2025. Deposit due at time of booking. 

Payment Deadlines:

1. June 27, 2025: WCV Registration & $200/person 1st deposit
2. October 1, 2025: Enroll in CDDS 2025-2026 season classes & pay enrollment fees by 10/1
3. November 20, 2025: WCV $300/person 2nd deposit
4. February 20, 2025: WCV final payment due

CDDS Fees:

• Posted and charged within 24 hours of registration.
• $25 registration fee per traveler. 
• $25 performer fee per dancer (in addition to registration fee). 
• $125 Costume Fee: Level 1-5, Closed Class, Preparatory, Pee Wee Company. 
  • Additional costume fees may apply.
  • 2024-2025 Rhythmette, Junior and Senior Company dancers do not purchase this costume. Subject to change. Other Costume fees TBA.
• All payments are non refundable. 
• Dance For Art 501c3 non profit supports rehearsal costs.

More Details:

• Accounts must be up to date to register, attend and perform. No refunds on CDDS payments.
• Rehearsals begin January 2025. Expect weekends. Location and schedule TBA.
• Dancers perform a minimum of one routine in the stage show performance and perform in one parade (parades by age per Dance the World).   
• Everyone going on this CDDS trip must book through this WCV package to be a part of the performance and have required access. Friends and family travelers  stage show ticket included with package.
• Transportation to and from Orlando is not included in the package.  Make your own travel arrangements.
• Please only register if you are committed to the trip and performance.  It is challenging to have dancers back out after we have designed the show.
• Non CDDS travelers who want to see the Stage Show or Parades: 
  • Disney Springs Parade is free, no ticket required. 
  • Magic Kingdom Parade - valid Magic Kingdom Theme Park Admissions.
  • Stage Show- Available only if capacity allows, day of show (not in advance). Florida State residents & military members need valid Epcot Theme Park Admissions and show Florida State ID/Military ID  (no cost for show ticket, entry not guaranteed pending capacity). Non-Florida State Residents need need valid Epcot Theme Park Admissions and purchase show ticket via Disney Dance the World team member at theater front door,$60 cash only (exact change required, admission not guaranteed, pending capacity.)

Fundraising:
Dance for Art hopes to give all dancers who fundraise a stipend towards their trip based on recent fundraising participation. Attending dancers are expected to participate in the DFA Snacks & Sweets fundraisers.

Behavior Clause: All travelers must meet criteria required of a CDDS client and follow our philosophies and expectations.  Any behavior that reflects poorly on CDDS is grounds for dismissal from the trip and the Studio, whether in person or on social media.  Dance the World is a premier travel company specific for performance groups and should be treated with the utmost respect and consideration at all times.  Policies and rules are implemented for the ease and flow of the majority group and personal exceptions cannot always be made available.  This performance package is a separate booking from a Disney booking.   Any reservation questions should be kindly directed toward World Class Vacations.  Any mistreatment of CDDS, Dance the World or Disney members is strictly prohibited and grounds for dismissal.
