DISNEY WORLD "DANCE THE WORLD" STAGE PERFORMANCE AND PARADE
JUNE 28- JULY 2, 2024 - Celebrity Week
Dancers placed in Level 1 & up for 2023-2024 season are invited to perform in a stage show (Ages 7-22) and participate in a parade at Magic Kingdom® Park (Ages 10-22) or Disney Springs™ (Ages 7-9)!

Each dance studio’s itinerary is designed to provide plenty of free time to enjoy the theme parks with family & friends. Dance The World is truly a dance experience unlike any other!
What to do by June 22, 2023:
- Register dancers and all family members traveling with the Studio in the event via your Studio account by June 22, 2023. Enter each member as a "Student".

- WCV must receive the required number of deposits by June 22, 2023 for the trip to take place.
- Studio fees will be charged to the primary card on file per traveler once WCV deposits are made and trip is confirmed.
- Transportation to and from Orlando is not included in the package. Make your own travel arrangements.
- Do not book your flight until the trip is confirmed at the end of June 2023. We will send you an email notification.
- Dancers who meet the age requirement perform a minimum of one routine in stage show performance and perform in one parade.
- Everyone traveling with the Studio must book through this package to be a part of the performance.
- Rehearsals begin January 2024. Schedule/Studio TBA.
- Only register if you are committed to the performance. It is challenging to have dancers back out after we have designed the show.
CDDS Fees:
- Charged to your primary card on file once the trip is confirmed end of June.
- $20 per person CDDS Trip Registration Fee for all dancers and travelers. Non-refundable.
- $125 Costume Fee: Closed Class, Preparatory, Recreational Dancers. Non-refundable.
- 2022-2023 Season Pee Wee, Rhythmette, Junior, Senior Companies do not purchase this costume. Subject to change. Other Costume fees TBA.
- Rehearsal Fee TBD
- No refunds on any CDDS payments.
Fundraising:
Dance for Art hopes to give all dancers who fundraise a stipend towards their trip based on previous fundraising. Any dancers participating must participate in all Studio fundraisers.

Behavior Clause:
Harmony Clause:
Respect, honesty and integrity are key principles to being a member of our dance family. Inappropriate behavior, language, disrespect to Studio or Disney members, staff or property, or disrupting the harmony of the group, is cause for consequence and possible dismissal from the trip and Studio, whether by parent, child, or family member.
Behavior Clause:
Any behavior that reflects poorly on CDDS may be cause for dismissal from the trip and the Studio. Illegal use of drugs or alcohol and physical or verbal assault, are not tolerated and cause for immediate dismissal of family from trip and Studio. Any mistreatment of CDDS, Dance the World or Disney members is strictly prohibited and consequences will be upheld.
When posting on social media, remember that you are representing CDDS and our professional, family friendly standards. Inappropriate photos and messages are not acceptable.
Dance the World is a premier travel company specific for performance groups and should be treated with the utmost respect and consideration at all times. Policies and rules are implemented for the ease and flow of the majority group and personal exceptions cannot always be made available. This performance package is a separate booking from a Disney booking. Any questions should be kindly directed toward Dance the World.
